I am a bit confused and I would be grateful full if i could get these exacts height forSLJ4M chipset and for Nvidia4200 N12P-NS2-S-A1. Maybe GPU heigh is only 1.2 mm and therefore a 1.5 mm pad will suffice. Howerver if I am wrong with CPU GPU an de chipset heights, all the result will be biased. With this values I should go for 2mm GPU and 1 or 1.2 mm for chipset so it can squeeze with enough pressure and wrap the dyes completely with no air trapped. And for the chipset I calculated 1mm gap. My measurement aren't that accurate because i use a caliper and was afraid to scratch motherboard and the dyes of GPU CPU and chipset, but appears that the gap between GPU and heat sink is between 1.5 and 1.7 mm when the heat sink is fully in contact with CPU dye.
